	We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting it. All information gathered by Dugmore & Duncan remains private and will never be sold or shared with anyone without your consent. We've structured our website so that, in general, you can visit without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information unless you specifically choose to do so. Please advise us if you do not wish to receive product bulletins by email or fax, we will act promptly to remove your email address or fax number from all listings used for this purpose. We exercise utmost care in the handling and transmission of credit card data and other information that may impact your security or privacy. Our policy is to apply prevailing technology and customary practices to safeguard information pertaining to your business relationship with us.

Return Policy
	All returns subject to inspection. Only goods purchased from us and returned in new condition in original packaging will be considered for credit. Errors made by us will be rectified as quickly as possible at no charge. Most other returns are subject to a minimum 20% restocking charge. A higher charge will be applied for cancellation or for return of specially ordered products or for merchandise returned incomplete or in remarked boxes. No goods will be accepted for return after 60 days of shipment. Material returned after that time may be considered for commodity purchase at our discretion.
