Dugmore & Duncan began as a small locksmith shop in Boston, Massachusetts, built on a commitment to quality service and dependable expertise. Recognizing the challenges customers faced in sourcing commercial door hardware, the company evolved into a nationwide wholesale distributor dedicated to meeting those needs efficiently. Over time, Dugmore & Duncan expanded its reach by opening a branch in California and later additional locations across the country.

With advancements in logistics and delivery services, the company strategically consolidated its operations on both the East and West Coasts while continuing to serve customers nationwide. Today, Dugmore & Duncan provides comprehensive door hardware solutions, including installation, maintenance, site evaluations, access control integration, master keying, and key control services. Now guided by the next generation of family leadership, the company proudly continues its century-long legacy of reliability, collaboration, and trusted excellence in the door hardware industry.
